The Organization for Poverty Alleviation & Development is a multilateral organization, whose core mandate is to develop community-based initiatives, support democratic governance, protect human rights, and mitigate climate change. As part of our community engagement, policy formulation, and research strategies, we strive to integrate poor people.

OPAD’s development interventions include promoting a bottom-up approach, in which accurate data, facts, and information are required for addressing any challenge that needs to be addressed, such as improving access to education, healthcare, and basic services; promoting economic development through microfinance and other programs; advocating for policies that reduce inequality and support vulnerable populations, and Providing humanitarian aid in times of crisis, mitigating climate change, resolving conflicts, and promoting human health. As a non-profit corporation, OPAD is governed under EU and UN non-profit laws. The regional offices are run by women, men, and youth from indigenous communities. In order to build synergy between grassroots development partners and collaborators.
OPADS OPERATE IN EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, THE UNITED STATES, ASIA, AND AFRICA WITH THE GOAL OF ENDING POVERTY. PROVIDING A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT THAT RESPECTS ALL PEOPLE'S DIGNITY AND EQUALITY.
In order to achieve the dream of a world free of abject poverty and all other social ills, the SDGs inspire the human tribe to act. No matter where the country is, whether it is developed, developing, or third-world, we strive to achieve “An Equitable Society Free of Human Suffering.
